Pls report anything - we will try to act on all such comments, especially if that would help us improve the community. However, we will exercise judgement on whether we are dealing with a real disturbance to a community or a mere emotional argument between people who just can't stop. In the latter case we will tend to give people the benefit of the doubt. Especially given that all sides suffer the most from engaging in arguments rather than ignoring/blacklisting and moving on. We will ban repeat offenders/those who don't get it and continue to disturb or disrespect the community and demonstrate bad manners. In the next versions of the app we will be introducing a complaint form that will cover major subjects, like insults/personal attacks, disturbing posts/images, alleged fake accounts, spam and other. The key will be the requirement to provide the rationale for a complaint.
