my friend was using two a night she went into labor the third night around 3am she was only dilated 1cm when she started.

I was doing some research on the evening primrose oil and a lot of woman had said that it worked for them but took a while to kick in..@elliot.s,

lol @elliot.s I sure don't want it coming out both ends..I deal with that enough haha. but I hear it helps the cervix soften and dilate?
