Why do you think it's going down

I just feel like they aren't as full and she eats alot longer. idk maybe they are just used to the supply my baby needs. and I'm not engorged anymore

Are u eating anything with mint or peppermint? If u are that could be what's causing the problem

milk once it adjusts to what baby needs, usually stops leaking all over the place. that is why so many moms freak out and think they aren't making enough milk. If you baby is still gaining weight, rest assured your baby is getting enough breast milk

engorgement stops once the mature milk is in and your body has regulated to meet your little ones milk needs

don't feel bad, it's a normal worry! we cant see the milk they get so naturally we are all like? is there enough? lol but if the wee one is still gaining weight and growing healthy, you are giving just the right amount of milk. :)

Milk adjusts after. While and you don't always feel engorged they just feel normal
