Its the family medical leave act..it pretty much says that if you have to be out of work for a long period of time this is suppose to hold your job for 12 weeks. you should look into it @blackjbutterfly14

my job is classified as PRN. I'll still be on the roster as an employee but they won't have a client for me to get paid. they find loopholes@seleneromanortiz12

It's another term for as needed. they have no part-time or full time workers. you get hours based on if the client needs you so they don't have to provide insurance, paid time off, nothing@seleneromanortiz12
