sounds like contractions. if that doesn't go away with laying down and relaxing, they are more likely the real deal

no they aren't continuously but they hurt like hell and the back of my leg cramps and my back and my private area they last a couple minutes. then stop but they painful

your body could be preparing itself for labor. keep an eye on it. if you notice they get closer together, you might be looking at your baby in the near future.

I had mine at 38 weeks even. She is perfect and healthy. All 17 pounds of her now. Shes almost 8 months now. I am also 4 and a half months pregnant. lol
