My throat is killing me it hurts everytime i cough yawn or even swallow. And my baby showers tomorrow😢

Try honey lemon juice and apple cider vinegar in warm water it stinks but it works for sore throats

ill try anything been drinking on lemon honey hot tea but just no process

Gargle with warm salt water too or peroxide if you're brave just dont swallow any of it

Girl I'm in the same boat with the sore throat AND the baby shower being tomorrow... feels like my sinuses are swollen and its making my throat hurt so bad
