well this is all over with like real sharp gas like pains. and yesterday I had real watery bathroom (most polite way I can think to describe it) which I usually never have. today I have the tightness and pain but nothing when I go to the restroom. so its really confused me. and I've been dizzy with a fever today. @momof6

I heard dizziness could somewhat be normal during pregnancy but if it gets to much call dr, I would call dr about fever. I had upper respiratory infection when I fealt the way your describing
