Did any mommies dress up their baby girl for their newborn hospital pictures?

they got the whole body with my girls. that was years ago and I see now they often take all kinds of poses.

I wanted to get this little white tutu with a headband and put it on her I just didnt know if it would be too much. did they get the babies whole body? or just face? @junebaby
