I'm 22 weeks.i havent started buying things for my babies yet besides clothes. 2 reasons I don't know where to start and I don't Wanna buy things I'm probably gonna get at the baby shower..but where do you mommies suggest I start..things I would need that ppl don't really think to get for baby shower?.

maybe a crib/bassinet, car seat/stroller; I got most of the bigger things, so my family wouldn't feel obligated to get them for us. then put the smaller things on my registry.

It all depends my family bought all our large items... & we're now focusing on the small things after our shower. How bout u focus on your hospital bag. That my plan this weekend.

@kelllz, maybe start off with making your registry? & if you're scanning items & something calls out to you buy it. if not, you can always wait til after the shower to get the last of the things, just give yourself enough time lol (:
