I would take it. I had panic attacks during pregnancy, and it led to my baby's heart rate dropping several times. Weigh the risks of medication vs. your condition.

Sertraline is one of the most mild SSRI'S out there. Like any drug it does have side effects, but if your panic attacks are so bad you can't handle them on your own you probably need it.
