Yeah I'm pretty sure it can!

You'd have to either be pretty close to labor and your water breaking on it's own (thinning out) or have some pretty serious rough throwing up.

It's very common to pee yourself while you sneeze, throw up, ect.

And Braxton hicks are common to come after sneezing and stuff
