If your 30+ weeks, I DO NOT, I. MEAN DO NOT FLY unless your flight is 3 hours or less. You just walk out of that plane swollen from head to toe! Depending on the airline there isn't much room to be comfortable, thankfully Virgin America doesn't have that problem. There's no food, only drinks and the pressure changes give you massive headaches. I just want to be in my bed where my back, feet, legs and head can be relaxed! This is my experience, maybe it's different for others I'm just giving some moms advice.

I flu when I was 32, I was fine, didn't get swollen but the baby didn't like the flight their and back. my feet hurt and felt swollen after walking a few days later though.

I'm 33 weeks and Jesus my body reacted so bad to the pressure, it so funny because my daughter loved being in the plane. I practically lost all circulation from my knee down. I had clearance from my doctors too, they never said anything about the abnormal swelling to me.
