This has happened two times now I am so upset! The nurse that actually listened to me and used a children's needle didn't leave anything, these nurses who refuse to listen do this to me!
yeahh some of the nurses at the hospital i go to are the same way dnt be afraid to ask for another nurse i had to do that with the nurse that was trying to put my iv in she poked me twice before i asked for someone else and the second nurse actually numbed the area and got it the first time around @firefly
I told the man who did it i have tiny veins he looks at them goes no you don't miss' the vein and digs around to get it i was so pissed. And it's been almost a week now and it still hurts
i have tiny veins too so it never fails when i have to get blood drawn or an iv..if i dnt have a nurse that knows what he/she is doing i get bruised very rarely do i not get bruised @firefly
@baby2345 wow that is such a lie! they aren't putting in correctly and using a big needle. All I drink is water I don't like juice or soda I've always drank water. When they listen to me and use the small needle and have someone who knows what they are doing no bruises. When they don't look my whole vein is brusied for a week!
