Yal im really tryin my best not to eat anymore flour to see does it cause my heartburn n gas pains right... Well bein used to eating maybe a cup or more a day i feel lik im goin thru withdrawal .... Fiance calls me a flour head n always says everywhere u go u gotta take some flour... Sorry im addicted.. Ate it pre pregnancy but now my cravings for it is outrageous since im pregnant... I want it i need it hope i dnt cave n sneak n get some tonight.... Anybody had a similar problem?

try cornstarch, my mom was addicted to it when she was pregnant now im addicted to it. pretty sure its okay to eat, my mom still eats it to this day and she's fine

cornstarch doesn taste lik flour tho.. Ive tried it all nun compares... @newmama2015 n @delilahsmommy2015 havent been blocked at all its actually keeping me regular ...

Yes powder white self rising flour but only the kind in the yellow bag... It tastes lik it has a pinch of salt in it

Not at all ... I could eat it all day ... I sprinkle it across my tongue the powder is lik refreshing to me ... I dnt put lik spoonfuls in at a time jus enough to taste n i do that til i force myself to stop ... Realized it was a problem wen i started needing it at work jus to stay calm so now i have a container for that... So yeah this addiction is pretty bad... Proud that i havent had any in 24 hours ...
