The majority of cases of preterm labor happens to African-American moms and low income familes. My passion is to help moms learn and get good nutrition even though we may not always be able to afford high quality food. Higher quality food is always optimal like organic and non-GMO but you can still eat relatively healthy when you can't always afford it. I try to share some tips on here about ideas on how to eat well on a low income. I hope it helps some of you ladies.
