@cheyennep21, he sleeps in/on my arms so he doesn't roll and my sons never moved in his sleep like me. He isn't allowed to sleep with my husband because he's a heavy sleeper, I'm a light sleeper the slightest movement from my son and I wake up.
i co sleep with my baby sometimes....sonetimes that they only way shell sleep. i just put her on my chest and put pillows on both sides or i put her next to me and i sleep on my side. i wake up a ton though...i check to make sure shes breathing...so far so good. but it scares me too co sleep....i dont know much about it or what im doing wrong...
As long as you're aware of your sleeping habit and that they are right there it's not really a problem. I personally wouldn't co sleep if you're a heavy sleeper, or you move and roll around a lot in your sleep.
unfortunatly i did with my three yr and and twins as babies super good when they are little cause it helps them sleep better i think but its hard as hell getting them out and into their own bed when they get to big and once they get used to it its hard to use the bed for grown up stuff with them in it lbvs
