well, turns out I'm not producing enough milk to satisfy my baby boy. 😭😭😭 I'm upset to have to stop breastfeeding.. but I am very proud of myself for pumping and pumping and pumping like crazy these past 2 months.. I have a pretty good stock saved up so hopefully my son will be going off of breast milk until he is about 4 months old. 😞 if only somebody would of told me how to properly keep my milk up.. I wouldn't be in this situation!! 😭😭😭

Don't feel bad. I never made much milk no matter what I tried so the longest I could breastfeed was about 5 months. You gave your baby a wonderful start. I am going to try that mother's milk tea this time to see if it helps.

@elliot.s, I thought that you "let your boobs fill up"... WRONG. that's why I'm not producing much at all!! 😭😭😭 you need to drain your boobs every 3-4 hours.. I have a good baby at night.. He sleeps for 6+ hours at a time.. I'm going dry super quick.

I know. It broke my heart too but just keep feeding him what you can.

@amberlee_94, try and Manual pump.. and store it see if it helps?I asked my my mother. she said it was same with my sister till she did it enough her milk came back..

girl I've been pumping like crazy!! my son is drinking about 5 oz a feeding and my right is only producing about 3oz and my left is very messed up and only producing 1/2oz every 3 hours.. and my left nipple hurts sooooo bad when I try to feed him so that's why I never fed him on that side.. I would literally.cry when he ate on that side.. it's sad but it's okay..
