I had the merena iud. It helped so much with my periods too because they were so painful and heavy.

And my periods were heavy and the cramping kills me some time so I'll look into the Merena IUD @junebaby

It's a 10 year IUD but whichever one you choose, you can have removed whenever you wanna start trying to conceive! I had the Mirena and I would be on my periods for like 3months straight, so I had it removed SMH @a_renee9
