Ladies who already had your babies how long did it take for your downstairs area to stop hurting? Yesterday and today I've been in pain like I was the day I gave birth I was wondering if this is normal?

have they disolved yet? maybe try an ice pack and see if that helps! everyone is different i bounced back fast after my last 2 pregnancies i say maybe 2 weeks and it was back to normalish.

idk if they have dissolved yet! I was told when they discharged me that'd they would dissolve in 1-2 weeks and not to wipe down there use the squeeze bottle they gave me and pat dry I know I stopped having the clumps of blood now it just feels like its irritated down there but I'll deff try a ice pack thank you @mommybump3
