@sexii_diiva, @alhynele @kgonza87 @jellybeansmommie My sister told me to try this trick they use at her job an I went from 1 to 3 an a half so I think it worked. Lay on your left side and stuff as many pillows between your legs as high as u can that helps your pelvic expand and I walked for a hour and a half ever day if possible

@kgonza87 you never know baby may come earlier!! @jellybeansmommie I always ask mine.. he said if I want him to check it all the time he will.. -& I want him to check each time now lol @meplusmytwo girl I can't do an hr && a half ... an hour max

@kgonza87 but baby not necessarily gonna come soon... some people are effaced super long && even dilated a few cm but never enough to go in labor on their own
