Who usually does the baby shower is it the father or my mother in law or my mom or me? I'm almost due & still haven't told everyone yet, but am starting too. His family knows now & my dad side of my family knows. Going to tell my mom this weekend during dinner with him, not stressing over it anymore she will be upset & might not want to be around, but that's her choice not mine. So much was going on, kind of had no choice till recently since his grandma had passed away we all felt it was time. Thank you I'm finally not stressing over her anymore after letting it all out. Don't need her approval been independent for many years now. @mrs.oliva

well you only have 9 weeks now... a baby shower usually isn't something they plan over night. .. if they have a decent amount of money they can pull it off but if not then you can't get mad if you don't get one at all or if its really small... you really don't even have 9 weeks.. you have less then that. you don't wanna have baby before shower.. people usually have one a month before due date... mine was planned 3 months in advanced

you can have a shower after baby but start planning asap so you know if people are going to get the big items or what u need to buy but you can have like a meet the baby shower thing since you are so close to due date
