You can drink raspberry leaf tea throughout your whole pregnancy. It ripens your cervix and helps prepare your cervix for labor. I think I've seen women drink 2 cups a day but I'm not sure how much you should drink.

You can get it at walmart. The box might say raspberry tea but look on the ingredients and if it says raspberry leaf then it's the right stuff

@charisma_shay, it's probably fine just look at the ingredients and make sure it says raspberry leaf. If it says just raspberry then it's just flavored tea but if it says raspberry leaf then it's not just flavored
