I've been very lucky... until now! My entire pregnancy I didn't really have cravings or a desire to eat more than usual. But now it's like Elijah knows we're in the 3rd trimester and all I want to do is eat! Any suggestions?? I'm trying to stay as fit as possible since I want to do an all natural birth.

lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. try to eat alot of empty calories. eat less more often, aka snacking.
