Has anyone woke up in the middle of the night from having a contraction and thin realizing you where having a dream that indicates you had multiple contractions in your lol. Weird stuff!

Ladies BH do not cause pain! They are practice contractions ! If you are having pain while contracting they are true contractions and yes you can have spontaneous contractions that go away with rest and hydration but if they last longer than a half an hour it's always best to go get checked out !
Getting contractions every 10-12 minutes and only walking eases it! Ahhhhh, this is officially it! Just want to thank all of you lovely ladies for everything, would never have been able to do this without you🤗💜
