so today I told myself to drink the amount of water im supposed to drink.... im one cup away from 2 liters and I don't think my bladder can handle it! I've been peeing non stop for like 5mintues... helppp
need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
i need help im swallowing a ring of fire no matter what i drink what i take this heartburn wont give on a scale of 1-10 im at like 12 im hurting so bad what can i do ?! im about to walk into l&d just for this !! i cant take it.
