has anyones newborn developed a flat spot on their head? my babygirl has one and it makes me so sad…

if its in the back turn her from side to side when she's laying down. limit back time.

ok yeah its on the back...ive been trying to be careful so it wouldnt happen but this morning when i picked her up i noticed it! i feel so bad :/ @junebaby

its ok. she's young enough for it to be fixed.

just keep rotating her. if you notice one side flatter then change sides.

you should see a difference within a week or two.

just roll up receiving blankets and place one on each side of her to prevent rolling over.

yeah her doctor told us to start last week so weve been doing it...but she likes to fall asleep after a few minutes of it. lol
