I'm trying to find work. I'm a nurse so you'd think I'd find something and I have excellent work history. They aren't suppose to discriminate but they do. We moved at the worst time because I had to leave my job while pregnant.

I'm also a nurse. have you tried home health as an option? not as strenuous and not as discriminatory since the schedule maker only knows u by name@junebaby

@blackbutterfly14, I haven't yet but my friend just referred me to a place so I'm going to apply. I need something to help get baby stuff and we need a bigger car now.

the home health agencies I work for are not very understandable. @junebaby @blackbutterfly14 Walmart didn't discriminate even complied with me being only cashier with a stool

I understand. well keep it in mind. it's flexible and less stressful then most places and the pay is about the same sometimes 3-4 difference

@blackbutterfly14, @carolinagyrlintxworld89 I've done my time at Walmart. I told my husband if noone will hire me maybe I'll go there. Better than nothing. It's sad how companies are.

I didn't even tell me agency I'm pregnant . that information I found to be irrelevant for them to know. and I'm 36 weeks and had several cases since I been pregnant. LOL . Wal-Mart. hahaha. sometimes it's really managers.and not the company. u know what I mean@junebaby

@blackbutterfly14, lol, I know it and it makes me angry. I am going to keep applying. All they can do is say no. I am a very good worker. I have missed one day of work as a nurse in the three years I've been employed as one.

Exactly and no don't kill nobody. I understand what you mean. I've been dismissed from 2 jobs because I choose to continue for my education and not remain an Lpn. lots of schmucks out there. Hmph@junebaby
