can u have contractions even if u havent lost all ur plug yet? went on a very long walk yesterday then had sex, an hour after started getting period cramps but they start in my back n work their way forward. i also feel pressure more towards my butt when they happen. woke up thru out the night with them as well. going to watch/time them. hope they mean something, but i know ive only lost parts of my plug.
