I would have named him kayden! But my boyfriends nephews name is Aiden and it rhymes! :/ So gotta find something else for the little guy :)

kayden is cute...i think if you like it you should keep it...its not totally similar...but its up to you girl...

If we have a boy I'm naming him after his dad and giving him two middle names. He's my bfs best friend who was killed. So his name would be Emmanuel Joseph Alvaro Krisher jr lol long but I have never met anyone named Alvaro
