I'd like to know abt this as well. I follow a mom on YouTube who drank it starting at 6 months all the way until she gave birth and she said it helped tremendously. her name is natural mama

I have that and slippery elm bark mixed together. its what my local tea shop recommended. I think its working a little. I feel different than I did before starting to drink it
