ugh baby girl is alseep so I should be too right? wrong-.- my sleeo schedule is all messed up and all skylar does is sleep. she never wakes up not even if she's hungry or has a wet or dirty diaper. but the biggest thing for me is I cant keep her awake while she's eating and I feel like she isnt getting enough when I nurse her :/

try undressing her or rubbing her face while she nurses. sometimes that helps.

I dId but she still sleeps. I guess I got lucky with a baby that doesn't cry. but she can sleep through anything. @junebaby

my son did that too when he was first born. give it a week or so & it won't be so hard. my son will still sleep a lot but it's easier to wake him for feedings & such. I was worried & asked my doctor about it & he said it was normal since birth is such a traumatic thing on their bodies & it takes them awhile to adjust.

and she was also born by c section which prolly added to some trauma @iloveyou and @junebaby yes I do. I was blessed

I'm a little over 2 weeks post partum & I didn't get stitches, my doctor glued me up & its healing great! I won't even have a scar it's so clean & I'm still a little sore but not very much at all. How long ago did you have yours done?
