My friends son daughter is 39 weeks pregnant and wants to try to naturally induce labor I have no clue really what could possibly help because I never tried but do any of you ladies have any suggestions for her? I told her to try the ball since her cervix is already soft.

she can do some stairs... squats.... walk ALOT like around a mall for a few hours. also if she had a beast pump nipple stimulation can also do it. last but not least... sex lol.
