any ladies here that have had or are going to have a c-section under general anesthesia??. (where they put u to sleep)

Yes I had that with my c section.

Not bad to be honest I don't remember anything. Last thing I remember is the nurse holding and oxygen pump to my face then getting wheeled in to the room.

how was it when you woke up? where you able to see your baby right away or did you have to wait awhile?? @liinababess_ reason why im asking is because its a big possibility i might have to go through the same and idk what to expect.

When I woke up they keeper me in the room till it wore off a bit and my boyfriend went to see the baby to take pictures for me to see since she was gonna get send to NICU. Once it had worn off yes they took me to see my baby.

I didn't know they can do that! If someone needs an emergency csection. Can anyone ask for the option? Someone like me who will literally start get a panic attack. I will literally shiver and vomit. I can't control myself when I'm scared and nervous
