I can't wait till my pregnancy is done only reason y is because of the pica... Trying to resist the urge to eat soap is awful. I talked to the Dr and they say it won't harm my baby but it will give me diarrhea. His advice just don't eat it...

I bet it's hard. ): it would be like me revisiting brownies that are put right in front of me! I'm glad someone is finally talking about pika. With my first two it was ice.

Yes @ngolphenee it's hard. My Dr did suggest ice but the smell isn't there. It's really common with pregnancy, I've been researching ways to stop. I won't swallow it but I will bite small chunks and let it dissolve then spit it out.

I understand that. It's pretty hard to completely stop. I wish you the best of luck and am so happy someone finally stood up and spoke about it. It is really common but so many women are afraid to even talk about it
