Some babies are born with teeth ( rarely) . So yeah very possible.

@asherlove, it can be possible but its a low percentage. i work in the dental field and the best thing to do every time they eat is wipe there gums with a warm rag so they can grow up with nice perfect teeth no cavities because milk is what starts it!
