so everytime i sit or lay on my back when i get up i feel my tailbone/lower back bones like shift n grind on each other n its painful. anyone else experience it? i plan on asking my midwife tomorrow at my appt.

Yes!! Its horrible! Our bodies aren't used to all the baby weight. Have you tried pillows between your thighs and knees and under your hip and belly? It doesnt work for me but try it.

That happens to me all the time :( I asked my doctor and she said it's just round ligament pain and my body getting used to the baby.
