if u freeze it or refrigerate it yes but if u pump then give to baby then no.

if its been in the fridge place it in a bowl or warm water to heat it up.

for frozen just let it sit in the water to thaw.

oh then you can just poor the milk in the bottle and warm that way. perfectly fine.

Don't heat the breast milk until it's hot, just until it's warm temp, getting the milk too hot kills all the nutrients in it :)
