im 39 weeks and my three year old is up crying tonight with a toothache and she keeps wanting me to hold her and I kept having to pick her up and walk around trying everything I can to make her feel better.. I was worried about hurting the baby or whatever. . I worry about everything and I dont want.my girl in pain either shes so pitiful '( @californiahaley

If you could lift it pre pregnancy no issue you still can while pregnant. I lifted weights for the first 7 months. You just shouldn't increase the max weight you would normally lift.
