I need advice on this so i live with my boyfriend, and my mom wants me to stay with her for 2 weeks…

honestly....for me its not thay hard taking care of a baby...its not as hard as everyone makes it seem. i think you will be fine. just nap when baby naps so that you get sleep.

its really up to you. i had really bad baby blues the first week and if it werent for my mom i dont know what would have happened and its nice to have someone you can turn and ask questions to when you dont know whats wrong.

my mom stayed with me and my boyfriend the first week and honestly she saved my life!! she cleaned, cooked, made sure i was ok and just made it so much easier on us so we could get adjusted ! I wouldn't of been able to get through the first week without her

I think I will be fine. my bf is here with me and he will help me and it's not like my mom can't come over. she just manipulative and says I dont wanna drive in traffic . well then don't see your grandbaby

@racholst, I know everything will b easier but I just know she wants to b close all the time she doesn't let me grow up and this is my little family now. if most girls can do it . I sure can .. and I told she can come whenever she wants

When I had my first baby my mom told me that same thing, and I accepted boyfriend was fine with it too I stayed with her for 4 months and she really helped out.

yes I don't think you should move to accommodate her..she needs to accommodate y'all.. a mothers love is like no other.... so she probably will help out way more then your man just cuz she is a woman... but yea she needs to visit you && baby.... stay with you if she doesn't wanna deal with traffic.. I have my mom staying with us that week to help out

This will be my first baby so I think i will be more than ok with my mother inlaw to come for a hwhile to help me out . But on other hand we like it that we dont live in same state as my parents or his,just because sometimes parents think they need to give us advice on how to live our lives,when we are debt free everything paid off,live a nice life,can do,buy,eat go whereever whenever we want without anyones advice complain. Depends what you want in your lives.

If I stayed with my mama I'd pull my hair out. My mama always said that we have to grow, rise, fall on our own. She's just a call away if I need advice but I'm an adult I respect her she respects me

@senadas4_14_2015 nice that you get along with your mother in law enough to let her come help you . if I do that with either my mom or her thy will never leave and they are control freaks. I have enough with my bf lol

@uhohitskyra yea that's right . I mean I'm spoiled as fuck and my mom doesn't like it but that is how she raised me . she baby's me and now it's time to fly and she can't get over that. I can't live under her win my whole life

@yazdahboss, but mostly it was because at our home no was no heat. But for me she really helped me out.
