depends on your baby one of my twins only liked the ones for older babies cause the nipple was bigger but my other twin wanted the newborn

I wouldn't I would get a newborn or a 0-3mth

I think the difference is the softness of the pacifier & also how big it is. just compare them to see if its too big or too tough
