It doesn't hurt when he kicks my bladder, but it is startling and highly uncomfortable.

if its painful & crampy it might be a UTI. I've struggled with them with my pregnancy and I've never had pain when my son kicks my bladder unless I have an active uti.
its possible to have one without any symptoms or hardly any. the only symptom I ever have is darker yellow urine.
