Homemade Bourbon chicken and fried rice for dinner, well, not complete fried rice. No corn, or carrots, just peas and green beans. :P BUT, I found the recipe for bourbonless Bourbon chicken sauce online, figured I'd try it. So far, it smells and taste really good, now just waiting for the chicken to thaw, so I can have dinner ready when Joe gets home. <3
