Did anyone else find out what gender their baby was goin to be by blood test?

how do you do that? i always thought the amnio or ultrasound was the only way to tell?

Nope, they'll take your blood and then try will call you within 7-10 business days and tell you if it's a boy or girl

Yeah my doctor did i didn't request it or anything. They just gave it to me at my12 weeks visit

You can request for it though. My hospital in my town doesn't do it.. I go somewhere that's an hour away so maybe they don't have it yet
