The swelling I talked about last night still isn't gone in my feet. I had been sitting down since about 10:30 last night and so it's been 13 hours of only getting up to pee and lots of water! The swelling isn't as bad but definitely still there.... What should I do? I'm kinda freaking out and the lady I talked to on the phone at the hospital basically just told me to calm down and talk to my midwife.

if you know someone with a blood pressure cuff it would be beneficial to check it so you know if thats why you are swelling

elevate your feet. if this is the first time this has happened to you, and you know you were on your feet a lot, this is most likely normal. it's normal for you to swell! if swelling persists late into the night go to the hospital.

I haven't had any swelling at all just once when we moved and it went away after three hours and sitting and water. I wasn't on my feet more than normal just to make food, pee and I swept the living room which is tiny

mine get like that as well. Prop them up about your heart and put some ice packs on them... also try compression socks as well if your in your feet alot. it helps.
