Don't mind the super hairiness of my legs... I am 39 weeks, I haven't had any blood pressure issues, I haven't had any swelling except the two weeks when we were packing and especially moving day but it was minor minor swelling. But today I sit on my ass all day and do some sweeping and cooking and my feet and ankles double in size! My toes are tingling... Should I be worried? My feet were normal at 5pm and now it's 11pm and this is what they look like. I spoke to the hospital staff but they were really busy and she told me that I should just wait for tomorrow or call my midwife.... Has anyone else experienced this? Please answer... High anxiety right now and I am shaking... Everything has gone so smoothly I keep waiting for something bad to happen....

It could be just the your real close to deliver that you have and this extra weight in your body that standing and moving a lot could have just gotten you swollen. Trust your gut if you feel like you'll be fine till morning don't worry but if you just wanna go get checked go to the er. It won't hurt.

call your midwive first thing in the morning. if you get a headache though or feel bad go to the hospital. swelling can be a sign of preeclampsia.

It could be the baby causing blood flow issues. It's normal. I've had that as a problem with the tingling included. Keep the picture and still call in the morning. But if your hands and face swell and/or getting a headache please go in. It can be a sign of preeclampisa
