if they don't go away go to the hospital. they are usually caused by dehydration, stress or a uti.

@junebaby, that's when I started getting them. I'm 21 weeks and get hem.more now. but I'm really bad at Drinking water. I'm going to gt pedialite and drink some with breakfast lunch and dinner. just to be in the safe side. and tryyyyy to drink more water.

I've been drinking Gatorade too. you can also get the water flavor enhancers. just stay away from the energy ones.
