I'm breastfeeding and right when I turned 6 weeks my period started :/ I thought It would be a long time. with my mom, she didn't get her period for almost 2 years while breastfeeding.

@waitingonnoah20, well maybe that's why it kinda got postponed, I'm sure you're fine. I'm 6 weeks pp and just got mine and I didn't breastfeed at all...for a breastfeeding mom it's like 6 months sometimes longer sometimes sooner, for formula it's up to three months and then you may want to check with your doc

I breastfed for the first month. I stopped breastfeeding around the 20th of December. @aicnov14

are you breastfeeding or bottle feeding? it takes longer for women breastfeeding
