i had the same problem for 6 months.... i increased my water intake, slept more, eliminated as much stress as possible, ate all fresh foods (nothing with any chemicals, no foods labeled less fat, etcno sugar, etc) seen a dramatic change in my pain and the frequency of it. This helped me because i was having really bad reactions to a chemical imbalance due to certain foods...

Water is my bestfriend lol @mommytay1024 I'll try the other stuff too but this pain is unreal almost. The lady time I had this much pain in my head I ended up getting a spinal tap 😥💉😷 I do not want to do that again especially while I'm pregnant

but your best bet is go to the docs, tell them every detail and explain to them you arent going to leave until something can be done... i def understand how that pain feels and trust it can get worse. Just make sure they run as many test possible.

@bellamama09, they have these pills are Walmart and some pharmacies they are acetaminophen with caffeine, it takes about 20 minutes for them to work try it, but it sounds like u have a sinus infection and there is no safe meds for that except a prescribed z pac from the doc
