I'm so confused about this!!

I'm 30 weeks, and had a dr appt yesterday.....

Question!! My Dr ok'd for me to take Tylenol PM to help me sleep. Dr approved is good but I'm still nervous about it because I'm a worrier. That's what I do best smh. Anyways my question is has anyone else gotten the same ok from your Dr???

GM mommies I'm at the Dr. office for my first ultrasound is it transvaginal or abdominal???

Last night I had to call the oncall dr because I'm feeling pressure near the top of my pelvic area. She calls back 3 hours later and wasn't any help. I'm so nervous. Waiting for my Drs office to open so I can speak to my dr. I'm only 17 weeks and I'm not feeling him kick yet so I'm waiting to talk to her but I'm thinking I'm already going to go to the ER. This is my first pregnancy after miscarriage so I'm a bucket of tears/nerves
