spent my day in triage , im only 28 weeks and one cm dialated . has this happened to anyone else ???

yes I stayed at 1cm until 31 weeks with my last baby and then was on bed rest cause I dilated to a 3 but I carried to 37 weeks. just take it easy. lots of water and rest

im 27 weeks an 2 cm just relax
